Morten 'Gørtz' Jønsson
With more than 10 years of experience with a range of neuromodulation technologies, incl TES and TMS, Gørtz is the PlatoScience in-house expert on the most recent science of TES and related technologies. Morten is a psychologist and a former PhD student at DRCMR - one of the leading BCI research centres in Europe.

Practical information
Format
The Clinical TES Certification course is a comprehensive one-day program, available both onsite and online. Through academic lectures and hands-on sessions, participants gain essential content and practical exercises for confident utilisation of TES in clinical practice and research.
Participation criteria
This course is suitable for psychologists, psychiatrists, medical specialists, researchers, nurses, lab assistants, and technicians.
Content
Drawing on the most recent scientific findings from the field, the course's core focus is to offer a thorough and updated understanding of the neurophysiology of tDCS, and the protocols for practical use. There will be some references to other forms of TES neurostimulation but the main focus will be on tDCS.
In addition to the scientific content, the certification has content on the mechanics of tDCS equipment, the regulatory and legal frameworks, and practicalities for clinical tDCS offerings.
